    Looks quite right to me.
Seems like pickups have been swapped, and not by a soldering artist. :)

My brother has one almost the same, but the DC model. Pretty cool.

You do realize the GDP site means precisely nothing when trying to determine authenticity right? :hmm:

Confused here, I do beg your pardon... When you say "GDP" are you meaning the Gibson Serial number authenticating site.... The one where you input your serial number and it tells you the year month and batch number etc.. Again I apologise if I have got it all arse about face...

Yes the Guitar Dater Project website is the one I'm referring to.

Dont know if this helps in any way, but the word "Ponte", written on the last pic means "Bridge" in portuguese. ;)

Does that mean that the information is incorrect on the GDP site or that simply because your guitar has a correct serial number provided by the site that your guitar might be bogus and have a copied serial number and could be a fake?

    Thanks for the patience...

It means that a serial number alone cannot verify a guitar. We have seen counterfeits that have used legit Gibson serial numbers. As for the guitar dater project, it is far from perfect and should not be used to determine a guitar's authenticity. It has been proven wrong before. If in doubt, get pictures of a guitar you're looking at and post them here.
