My first guitar. Mine was black with a maple neck. I should have never sold it. Great find!

Thank you all for the kind words!

For a little history on this model, it is a carryover of the Fender Bullet from early eighties that were built in the USA, the 1985 Japanese model had a few improvements that made the guitar better. The same smallish Strat body but with three pickups and a separate bridge instead of pickguard/bridge of the USA model. The original USA Bullets were in solid colors red, white, and black and the Japan made offered three tone sunburst.

There was a single cut model that was more popular, but the double cut also offered a vibrato. Mine is the hardtail version. I think they only made a couple of years before being discontinued. The Squier Bullet that's made today is just a Strat copy.

This is the Bullet's bigger brother a 1985 Made In Japan Squier '70s Stratocaster (slightly modded with EMGs)....this one I have owned for many years, for a 3 bolt it's pretty solid, black rosewood fretboard, and plays awesome....these guitars are really FINE instruments....
