    Did you remove the pickup covers? I noticed they are still there on the '89 photo.

    What a great story! Is the bit of extra color by the pickup selector a result of a hang tag? Very cool!

    Thanks. It's funny, that spot by the switch is much more noticeable in photos than it is to the naked eye.

    I'm not in Columbia. Where else do you visit in S.C.?

    I wouldn't go that far, but I appreciate the sentiment. When I'm asked about it, I usually say that I didn't find the guitar, it found me.
