Separate names with a comma.
I use10-52 in E on most of my guitars, no issues so far.
I even tried 13-56 in Eb once, no problems after a setup

No problems so far and it sounds pretty good to me.
You are far more patient than I am. I would have told them to go F themselves. If they don't want my money, I'll gladly give it to someone else.
This. Try some 11s or 10-52s for starters, more moving mass.
I'd check a couple other things as well:
-Is the truss rod loose ? Even if the neck...
-drink (maybe a glass of wine with a nice meal or a nice whiskey from time to time)
-buy 800€+ smartphones every other...
AFAIK the 84 model was one of the few (?) without the pickguard, many people like that look.
And James Hetfield played one back in the day.
I use thunderplugs everytime I'm in the rehearsal room playing loud.

If they are HZ4 or HZ4A they aren't too bad. I like the HZ2 that comes in the Alexi Laiho Signature too. Kinda weak without the boost though.
Have they changed anything ? I thought those were in the catalog for years
Beautiful guitar, the black pickguard and speed knobs is exactly what I would've done.
Disagree on the strap button though, I actually moved it...
