Re: "This OLD Les Paul"

I kinda think the faded burst would show off that figure in the top. She's a good looking old girl.
From your other projects I'm sure whatever you decide will be sweet.
Glad to see you bring her back from the dead.

Thanks it's killing me that I can't get her done for a double gig I have next week.

Re: "This OLD Les Paul"

I think that top is beautiful - a nice faded burst would be great on her! It was painful to see some of the things that have been done to her, but it looks like you guys are fixing her up right. Looking forward to seeing the finished results!

Interesting what they did here Yikes Vintage studs in there

Studs out and nice use of the ground wire, not finished yet. floor of the pickup rout will be leveled to the wire channel.

Re: "This OLD Les Paul"

Trapeze plugs done, strap button hole replugged, bridge area mahogony plug, and a great overall sanding to get the rest of the old finish off and take car of bad contours.

You going wrap or converting fully to TOM?

Either way, looks killer already! Great work!
