Bullpuckey. If the guy in the video is Neil from Neil's Vintage Guitar in PA, he's the guy that bought it on ebay and he's the one that owns it. There isn't another guy that "owns it" and hired him for that research. The lawyers must have finally called and said it's okay to sell it now...

Because, the bottom line is, yes, they were LPs guitars, but they were modded by him, for him, therefore would be of little use to most players from a playability POV.
