Having the capacitor on the centre lug of the volume pots is a fairly normal 50's wiring scheme. However when they did it this way round the signal from the pickup went to one end of the pot, and the signal to the selector switch came from the same place as the cap was hooked up.

Already answered, but as far as I can see the cross head seems to have been more common even in the 50s.

That case is just too hard to put a price on.
You almost never see them in the market place.

Obviously first finding one and then the condition would have a bearing on the price.
I sold this one for $1500 a little over three years ago to another dealer.

I got these late '60's reflectors today from ebay...I got real lucky..these turned out to be a NOS set...never installed until today...

thanks,the deals are out there.It's taken nearly 3 years to find those 1960black reflectors with the lettering intact.

Although not a burst harness,the harness is for my recently acquired R9...
