Since Second Stage Guitars is the new kid on the block I would like to open up a thread for potential users to ask questions about our service.

We are looking for sellers and seekers of guitars to list on our site. We offer custom listing platforms for individual sellers and dealers that we feel are dynamic and make the most of current social tools. The feedback regarding our service has been very good from those using our site so far. Registering as a user and listing a guitar is very easy. Plus.. we are free to use right now.

Why are listings free? When do you plan on charging?

Answer:
Listings are free because we are a new site that is building an audience. Once customers see the value in our site we will institute a fee schedule that will accommodate individuals and dealers with higher volumes. Be assured we will be highly competitive to other listing options and will be adding more user tools

I like dealing with MLP users, is there a way to know if buyers and sellers are registered on MLP.

Answer:
Second Stage Guitars does not have any official affiliation with MLP beyond our vendor status. Those that register on Second Stage Guitars can communicate in their profile if they are registered on MLP and what their username is. They may still prefer to communicate through PM on the MLP forums. The Second Stage Guitar listing provides the platform to present the guitar which is clear, concise and easily searchable. Who you decide to share that listing with and deal with is completely up to you.
