just want to add a big thumbs up to these caps.

I've got 2 of Jonesy's NOS .015s, one in my '60 Melody Maker (2 humbuckers, wired with 2 vol and one tone pot), just fantastic.

the other I popped into my Am Std Strat - it has the Clapton mid boost board in it, the factory cap is a .022 itty bitty orange drop. (so I don't know if it'd work in a .047 guitar). Holy smokes. Just the change in the cap and you would believe it's a vintage Strat.

IMO Either of the Q's would probably work well for you, I say go with a .022 considering the P-90. But if you want a little Old School Vibe I have a Sprague .047 400VDC Bumble Bee Cap, for $30 and I will toss in a Vintage volume bleed kit for Free. I installed a pair of these in a SG Classic with P-90's and the Owner was very pleased. Warm rich Vocal Tone Quality...One of My Top Choices for a P-90 equipped Guitar

I think either of the .015's or .022's would really open up your tone in Both of those guitars.
Some guys have been running the .015's on the neck pickup to keep it from getting to dark and keeping an .022 on the bridge tone pot, Your call Bro?
The .015's have been going fast, I will see if I can round up a few more
