Is a guitar amp load 2.2 Meg ohms or 47K ohms?

Or neither but then what is it. In my studio I plug directly in to a UA 2-610 tube pre amp and it has this selectable HI Z input and I'm wondering which one is seeing the guitar like an amp would see it? Proper Ohms? This is for direct recording of electric guitars. Or to use Modeling software.
