Any Reason Not to Get One of These?

I am about to order a Weber Mass 100. It will be used on a 40 watt Hot Rod Deluxe. I have read and read opinions and reviews with some saying they suck tone others saying they are great. None of the music stores around here carry them or other attenuators I was looking at like Dr. Z or THD Hot Plate so I can't go plug in and try it out. I would just like your final opinion on them before I hit the "Place Order" button to either help ease my mind or convince me to look at something else.

i have tried the weber and thd. as with almost everything else, i prefer the weber. though the thd is good too.
