I use those picks occasionally, they are amazing... never used standard Jazz IIIs though. What's the difference?

Paul Gilbert picks are the best! (and no I am NOT a metal player) Small sizewise and they are thick. Just the way I like 'em. I find everything else either too small or too big and catch on the strings.
