I have an Epiphone SG, and the other night in between sets at a bar gig for some reason when the toggle switch is on treble or in the middle position, I get very little or no sound coming through my amp, however if I have it in the rhythm position, the sound comes through nice and clear. I checked all the wiring on the pots and one of the wires from the toggle switch to the bridge volume pot came loose. When I re-soldered it, it still gives me the same issue... Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??

Re: Epiphone SG Pup problem
Could you get a screen shot of the electronics? Assuming you soldered the wire correctly, it could be the switch wearing out. If you look at how the switch works you should see two metal strips that spring forth a connection and that when the switch is not in center position it pushes one of these out of place to prevent connection. These metal strips can wear out and not "return" correctly after doing so.

Re: Epiphone SG Pup problem
Your switch may be bad.
