Hey guys, just picked up Rocksmith, and first of all, wow, I'm addicted...

But anyways, has anyone been able to use the cable with Guitar Rig?

If so, what drivers did you use to get it running?

    Cheers

The asio4all driver should work to get it recognized as a usb audio device on your pc.

Hmm.. I don't have guitar rig, but I read that the cable that comes with the game works in Audacity.. I can try it when I get home, but it won't be until later this evening.

Does Rocksmith just have the guitar track, or is it the whole band? If its the latter, I want it bad! I've been playing with my iPod thru my amp, it's alright, but kinda a pain in the a**.

Cool, keep me posted, I'll also play with it when I get home tonight. Hopefully someone else can confirm this with us!

Its the entire band. Its pretty much guitar hero, but you play with a real guitar.

It starts off realllly low, simplistic, and as you do good, it dynamically adds more notes, and different techniques such as palm mutes, hammer ons, pull offs, slides, harmonics, bends, double steps, chords and so on.

I have been having way too much fun!
