1970's Kay Les Paul

    This is one that I now own, just out of curiosity more than anything else. It was bought new by the guy I got it off and has the original case and strap....haha

    Ugly, but noisy with two factory fitted Dimarzio Super Distortions. Not bad for 1976..... The amp was bought new by me about 30 years ago and is a Kay too....Monstrous 5 watts of solid state power, with a speaker that could handle about 0.5 watts...!!!

    Bad playing, but I'm ill.......:( (plus it's got a skinny neck....I like baseball bats..!)

    Greco made a model that looked EXACTLY like yours as I have seen on Yahoo.
    They even put the same inlay on theirs but on the back of the headstock with a stinger...interesting.

    Cort made some really nice one's in the 70's. I had a red wine one.

    Can't believe the labelsnobs on here.....Sheesh.....:D

    Still, if cheap shoes means I can buy another Les Paul, I'm good.....!!!!

    Kay, I've a 1977 Kay acoustic guitar here, its bloody awful !
    ...but I still play it anyway... its like a big, crap sounding, loveable guitar ! :D
