London Power
Has anyone tried these amps? They sound like the end all be all. Here is a link:
Tube Amp Kits, Tube Amp Books, Tube Amplifiers by London Power The Power Scaling thing sounds very cool. You can get this installed (or install it yourself it looks like) on your favorite amp and play at apartment volumes while fully tube saturated. The kits sound interesting as well. It might be they way to go for me in the near future.

Re: London Power
Kevin's kind of a strange bird. If you ask him a direct question, you won't get a direct answer, ever. But his Power Scaling is the real deal, though. Bruce Egnater is using it in his amps: the "WATTS" knob on the Rebel 20. Reeves and Reindhardt are also using it with their amps. I wouldn't be surprised if Peavey's variable wattage is a licensed version of Power Scaling.

Re: London Power
I just looked at a complete guitar amp kit that there're coming out with mid 2009 and they're gonna ask $1000 Canadian. It's a kit but you can use whatever tubes you want and it comes with power scaling.
