Hmm, I wonder how many Les Pauls I need? Must buy Landry, must buy Landry! It's always a blast to go to Bill's and very educational. By the way got to do a blind test of the celestion 65's and warehouse 65's. The warehouse 65's kicked all kinds of ass!

BB, that sounds excellent to me! You're video seems to record the amp MUCH better than mine.

PS - Where's the flame on that R9?

He had some of the flame surgically removed. Can't get youtube at work so I'll have to check at home. Was it recorded with the open back avatar cab?

Yes, it's the Avatar cab with the V30 and G12H30.

I'm not sure, but I think a major difference in this clip is that the camera was actually resting on the amp head--I think that made it pick up more low-end frequencies, maybe?

Couple of quick clips I did yesterday. All PG-style, OOP. I did a longer vid but need a converter to change the format to mpeg for youtube.

The Black Magic Woman stuff recorded a bit trebly--in the room it sounded quite full. I thik it's a mic placement issue. Enjoy!
