Replaced a pair of G12t-75s . . . wow
With a pair of Scumbacks J and M 75s. Playing through a Phaez Jackel. All I can say is wow, compared to the G12t-75s. Your mileage may vary . . . speakers make a huge difference.

Scummies deliver the goods.
Jim is really helpful too, and very quick to reply. I have a 212 with the M75 and H75 pairing, sounds killer. I'm gonna get a pair of M75 PVC's soon, one for the SIBLY Jr combo and one for a closed backed 112 extension cab.

Re: Replaced a pair of G12t-75s . . . wow
yeah... the M75/J75 is a great combination... had the M75/H75 mix before,
but it sounded not "round" to me, the H75 was too loud for the M75 the J75 adds just a bit treble and buttom to the M75, but is not too strong in volume, so the M75 keeps its flavour.... a great rocking couple.... |

It's not that it sounds bad, I just lean more towards the G12M tone the G12H. If it wasn't cost prohibitive, I would love to try two PVC M75's since IMO they seem to be a little more articulate and brighter than other G12M type speakers I have heard.
