Peavey Classic 50 Questions...

My fairly new Classic 50 seems to have a problemo with reverb. I was playing today and I quit playing to look at some tab and a loud "pop" emanated from my trusty C50. After the pop, no reverb. Apparently something gave or happened. Anyone had this happen with the C50 or other tube amp? It is under warranty so that's good. Just wondering what may have happened. The amp is about 6 months old with minimal playing time and never abused...

Hey no problem. I'm pretty good with electronics but just don't know that much about reverb tanks. Anyway, I took it out and I'm checking for any obvious problems. I'll get my trusty Fluke out and start checking continuity and resistance out. If that doesn't do it, it must be something in the amp portion after the reverb/signal pipes into it from the type 4 Accutronics tank. I can always take it in to have it looked at too....
