can someone help me identify this guitare?

Hi,
I believe I have a les paul but I am wondering why the neck only have the "dots"
is it a real one?
what is it worth?

the top is really weird,,, combo plain/quilt thing going on. other than that is looks like a Les Paul 100 maybe,

While the kid spelled potato right, Dan was also right that potato can be spelled potatoe.

True Story: When my wife was in high school, during the '80s and in Indiana, she was in marching band. She was playing flute in a holiday parade one year. Then-Senator Quayle and his wife Marilynn were riding a tandem bicycle in the parade, waving at people, and they accidentally ran my wife over because they weren't looking where they were going.

Looks like an Epiphoney 100. The case is cool. Good guitar to learn on but not worth much.
