Sign painting supply shops but you'll have to buy the big can. Find an old school sign shop in your area that still does brush lettering and if they have some you should be able to get a little bit.

If you want a SOLID builder with a GREAT reputation for QUALITY and a QUICK turnaround your getting into the PRS money...
