Re: Plumbing experts - underground PVC, leak - HELP

Re: Plumbing experts - underground PVC, leak - HELP

I deal with this often. It's what I do.

Those type of slip-repair couplings often fail.

Cut the pipe back until it's all good and clean. Cut it back a few feet, get rid of those glue...

Re: Getting started as a lutherie business.

Which brings us right back to my original point; it's a great side gig if you have the skills and talent (and all the tools). IMO, it's quite a leap to go from weekend/evening stuff into one's main...

Re: New Billy Gibbons Pickups!

^--Some folks picked this git up at the Philly show for a quick spin. All who did fell in love with the sound.

-But due to it being a show, and that they couldn't crank the amp up, they could...

Re: The mods boycott this godforsaken place

Hey.. We may be easy, but we're far, far from cheap. You want to get to first base? Yeah, but it's going to be dinner at Chasen's before you even get in the ball park.

Imm, hmm. Okay.

Here I am, watching the on-demand production of "Jersey Boys" on the cable.

Re: Dad Gives Birth. Also Breastfeeds Child.

I think we crossed over that thin, thin line of "ridiculous" at the title of the thread.

Look at it:

"Dad Gives Birth".

Okay, that's ridiculous. But none of us are really bent out of...

Re: Getting started as a lutherie business.

^---Nah, it makes a lot of sense. Not "rambling" at all.

Trouble is, for those who love instruments, the science of how they work, what makes them sound and play good, etc the art and skill of...

Re: Getting started as a lutherie business.

No "In Other Words", I was merely making a comment.

That being said, and as to my original point, all this talk of LLC's and the "paperwork" end of it is just fine, but as far as "getting started...
