Recording using GarageBand
Is it possible to record using the line out of a micro cube connected to a mac book and use GarageBand? If so, could someone give me some pointers and advice on how to use the software please? I've just had a look at it and, having never used it before, I'm a little confused/overwhelmed

Re: Recording using GarageBand
Garageband is fun, maintain your levels like HB said.
I use the emulated line out on my Marshall head and also mic the cab with a shure 57, blending the two signals. I really like Logic 8.... I got an iMac for the studio with Logic 8, and an 8 channel Presonus I/O, it will daisy chain to the control surface I am getting so I will have 24 Ins and Outs. I was a big protools user until recently.
