Presonus Inspire 1394 Interface Problem
With the kids away yesterday, I took out my interface to try my hand at a little recording. I hadn't used it for months and the last time it was used it was working fine. Right now, it powers up with no problem, but it goes out of sync. When I move it around, it will suddenly kick in and work. I have made a bad habit of tightly wrapping the 6 pin firewire cable so it will fit into my laptop bag pocket. Could my problem be that I have damaged the cable and that is why it goes out of sync? It is an older cable as well. I have already ordered another one off ebay hoping this is the case.

Re: Presonus Inspire 1394 Interface Problem
Yeah. The might be the culprit.
