The Maylene & The Sons Of Disaster pictures and some vids!

Part 1. I will post the videos in a little while I have to go and cook.

So Will, Nick (our assembler)and Alex (Nick's lead singer of ManAutomatic) went to meet up with the Maylene guys last night and install some pickups before the show. Will told me that the guys were incredibly a nice bunch of guys. I wasn't able to go this time.

So they made it out there and Will went to work on the pickup installs. Unfortunately, they didn't take a bunch of pictures during the installs but there was a bunch of Live shots. Here's the breakdown that Will told that went down.

Nick drove to the show while Alex rode shot gun and Will passed out in the back seat. He needs the sleep whenever he can get it so the 3 hour ride was perfect for him.

Will was telling me that the Maylene guys were pretty tired. They were jetlagged from Flying in from Austrailia and then hitting the road as soon as they step off from the plane. after looking at the pictures. they look pretty tired.

According to Will this is a Dean Soltero guitar? Well, getting ready for pickups.

Will told me that the place was sold out and that he couldn't move from the spot he was in because it was too packed. Videos will be next. Back to cooking.

Here's a couple of quick vids the first one is 8 minutes long and with Will right next to the monitors so it was distorting but you can here some good lead sounds at 1:20...3:58 and on.. Really cool but play it with your volume of your computor speakers low for the distortion problem. LOL! I have about 10 more videos to upload. So it may be a while for the next ones.

I just got a call from the Maylene guys. They told me about a link that has their whole live show from few nights ago. The audio is pretty good after the 2nd song. The first 2 songs have some bad poppin from the drum mics mix after that the sound great. the guys are telling me that the their WB's are killer!

I lost a couple cousins a few years ago who were still in their 20s.
