What do you think of the 2007 Guitar of the week program?

Does anybody have and good or bad feedback regarding of the guitar of the week program in terms of quality, future value etc...? I just bought the week 39 Gibson Les Paul Classic Custom in Antique white w/ 57's. I bought it because it has appointments of both a LP Standard and LP Custom. Can't wait to get it!

This is probably not the correct thread to have under the pickups section. But anyway... I think it's great. I purchased the Explorer Pro for week 4 ( i believe it was). ...with the vintage burst finish. Awesome guitar.

I think they changed it over to the guitar of month and they are issueing more guitars for each of the 12 months. ...1000 or so?....instead of the 400.
