cant find peter green style pups on WB ?

After getting the run around by my local guitar dealer, I had to cancel my special order for a peter green style neck pup. I was told that WB has one, but I cant find it on there web site. Does anyone know how it is listed on there?

Yeah, although MrsWB said they won't be able to check their Pm's, so you'll have to email them.

a set ? ok, I didnt know that. I assumed that the reversed magnet in the neck created the entire out of phase sound. I'll email wb and see what they say.

I don't think either WCR or WB sell just the neck pickup of the Peter Green Sets, even though you could get away with just using the neck with your current bridge pickup. The WCR set are a little ballsier and hotter than the WB set, but both do amazing Peter Green tones in the right guitar and both have that awesome midrange snarl you hear in Peter's Fleetwood Mac overdriven tones.

Yeah, you have options. WB regular, WB 6707 wire (if he still does that for PG sets) and The mighty WCR's. If the WCR's are like the darkbursts they definitely have some girth to them.

The Peter Green 6707 of the WB's are my favorite. The Darkbursts of the WCR out of phase are my favorite. You will not go wrong with either. WB does offer a discount to members, and keep an eye our for WCR stuff and call both of them to talk.

I believe Will is not taking any custom orders with 6707 wire since 1st Jan 2008

BTW, I agree with fixxxer the PGB set sounds divine. I know as I own the set that started the craze....
