Double Tone Feedback
I have too much of a good thing!
![]() I just switched from modern to 50's wiring. Now, when I strike my open E (1st string), the double-tone blooms so long and so much that's it's a problem. Rather than blooming and dying out, it goes for 4 or 5 seconds before dying out every-time I pick it (sounds like feedback). This happens clean and overdriven, on both pickups (more so on the neck). Has this happened to you? Have you been able to "tame" it? Terry. |
