WB Update, New Shop Pictures, Order information..

Quick update using my phone's internet so if I am making any spelling errors sorry.

The guys are in the new shop and the internet should be up sometime later today. Phones are supposed to be transfered today or as late as tomorrow.

For those who have been waiting for a email or phone response we are sincerely sorry and you will be taken care of. We are not on here on the MLP that much while all this is going on. So if you are leaving messages here, chances are we will not see it.

We understand your frustrations of trying to get a hold of us during the all this but know that we will take care of all once we have everything in place.

Tomorrow afternoon I will be emailing tracking information to the customers who are waiting for pickups. Pickups are being shipped through out all this.

Here's some pictures of the new shop taken with a camera phone. It's a little bit bigger than the old one and it doesn't smell like smoke.

Only 7 guitar amps and quite a few guitars. Stereo and a couple of ipods. One of Will's local customers is coming by and hooking up some satellite tv soon. No lazy boys & bar. We don't want them to not make pickups and just hang out..LOL

Thanks for the update. I placed an order a few weeks back. After getting no response initially, I posted a reply here that I thought customer service had fallen down. This was at a time when other customers were not getting anywhere with their orders, and there was speculation that fires, and whatever else were to blame. Apparently, our voices were heard (read) there's been an effort to step up and make good. In the past two weeks I've gotten emails from Kevin to place the order, and follow up.Today I got a call from Will, himself, letting me know he sent my pickups out today, and the tracking number of my order. I am impressed.

LOL! Potting them. They haven't set up the big fast food ex fryer they usually use for potting so it's old school potting for now. It takes a while to get the fryer right with the wax and a whole lot of wax.

The fires are still burning strong out here. KRCR Front Page | KRCR TV The last 2 days we have been in the 300 range of bad air quality. Well over a month of this but the new shop is keeping the smoke out which they guys are happy they can work now without breathing it in all day.

They ran the new DSL lines and the phones and internet should be on finally tomorrow.
