Pedal to bassamp for guitar...possible?

Hello, is it posible do use an disortionpedal with my Behringer bassamp? It handles clean sound pretty well, but I want to be able to get more rocky tones out of it.

Here is the model: Behringer Ultrabass bx600

which amp? I would assume yes, a lot of people swear by the big mff pi for bass but, not knowing much about the amp, I can not know for sure.

Are you planning on playing guitar through it or bass?

From a technical standpoint, you should have any problems running a bass or guitar through the amp. From a tonal standpoint, it's a different question. I will say that I sometimes run my guitar through a Digitech Red Special into a little Line 6 Lowdown 110 with good results.

Of course it's possible! Bass amps are great for guitar! Get a green big muff if you can and lookout!

I plan to play a guitar through it, its a amp I bought from my cousin long ago when I started playing bass. Planning to buy a boss or a Digitech disortion-pedal to be able to get a more ac/dc sound...

I will say that you should keep in mind that the bass amp isn't going to respond to the distortion pedal in the same way that a guitar amp will, either tube or solid state. Bass amps are designed to have a more full frequency sound, and you will get more high and low end from the bass amp than you would from a guitar amp. The sound may end up being particularly harsh in the high end. This may not be a problem for heavier styles, but if you're going for something less distored (like an AC/DC tone), you may need to be careful with how you dial in the treble on the amp and the pedal.
