FWIW I remember reading a lot about the Danelectro line allegedly being copies of boutique pedals. You would have to read some of the madness at freestompboxes to dispel the real mystery though.

I have a tim... IMO it is THE pedal for adding hair and light gain without changing the tone at all. I was very skeptical when i got this thing, but once i plugged it in, that was it.

Nope , Not yet ... I spoke with Paul Cochrane last week ( He's a very nice guy by the way ) And Paul said I will probably be getting a call to complete my TIMMY purchase in the next week or so , I believe Paul had injured his finger and it put him more behind than he already is ... He doesn't take a dime till your pedal is ready ( which is pretty cool ) ... Still using your KLON Dan ??? I hear a TIMMY stacks very nicely with a KLON

There are tons of Tim's and Timmy's on Ebay ... Lots of guys just order them so they can turn around and sell them on Ebay for like $90 more than they paid ... The waiting list is like 8 months now ...

I feel bad that people are making a profit off of the fact that Paul wants to remain a small operation...but that's the price one must pay.

I just wasn't going to wait 8 months for a pedal. A lot of things happen in 8 months...technologically speaking and situationally speaking. Worlds turning faster these days.

I want a good overdrive NOW....you know? My tastes and errthing will change in 8 months.

I hope y'all kin understand!!

I got my Timmy today ... I was so excited !!! But after a few hours of playing I'm realizing this pedal just isn't my cup of tea !!! I can get mild to moderate OD with my KLON ... I have the Timmy listed in the classifieds if anyone is interested ...
