Dimebag DB-1 Cry Baby

I just got mine today and it is sweet as hell! Im still figuring out how best to tweak it to suit my playing styles but as I tweak it, Im amazed at how versatile this thing is compared to my old GCB-95 or Vox V847. Played clean or dirty, the wah sound rings clear through. From funky quack tones to dark sinister wahs, this thing can do it all! I got this as a blem from MF but I really cant find anything blem'd on it.

Nice! I've been wanting one for a while. Love the grip tape instead of rubber on the rocker!

Re: Dimebag DB-1 Cry Baby

I use it aswell; really is the best wah I've used. - (thou I haven't really tried loads)

Essential for people like me who over use wah and wanna change they'r wah sound every now and then - means u can actally adjust ur tone without having to sacrifice ur wah sweep.

most ot the time the Blemish deals are just returns
that people didnt like and are perfect.

Re: Dimebag DB-1 Cry Baby

Sweet! You will love it! I think its a very versatile wah pedal. I rarely use the boost switch though. Not that the boost switch is a bad thing. I just havent been playing metal lately. seems to me that it would be most appropriate (boost switch) when playing metal to really cut through the mix.

Sorry to hear you got a damaged item. But at least you decided to upgrade and get the CFH.

Re: Dimebag DB-1 Cry Baby

You'll love the CFH man... It's rockin'.

I almost bought one 2 days ago, but I keep telling myself I don't need it. I built my own wah, and it's the only sound I ever really need. Gotta keep repeating that or I'll spend money I don't have.

Really its the first time i ever had a damaged product
in the mail, i guess it was my turn. But in the long
run it worked out, I got the Dimebag at a cut price
also because of it! and didn't cost me a Penny more!

I always use the boost for overdrive but never for clean.

Re: Dimebag DB-1 Cry Baby

Still a great wah! I just dig the grip tape on the Dime, and the different voicings.

I'm actually going to buy a roll of grip tape and do all my main pedals.
