I am thinking about swapping the Orville pickups with the Fakai pickups though....the Orville is an awesome playing guitar but the Fakai's tone is amazing!!!

Re: Post arCollections...
Hi GammyBird,
My 1970 Gibson LP Deluxe is mostly original except the pots wich were replaced by the former owner. Otherwise my MIJ-collection, the €piphones and the Fender Tele are/is modded more or less to realize my individual ideas. In some case I only change the knobs, sometimes some hardware-parts. Most of the Les Pauls have the so-called `50s-wiring, quality-pots and NOS PIO-caps. A great improvement to every LP-style guitar! |

Re: Post arCollections...
Good idea for the mods. I'm going to do something with the Orville...just not sure what to do yet. I would like new pickups...the guy I jam with has a Gibson LP with burstbuckers and he has a lot more punch that I do. So I guess that will be a start.

Sweet...looks like you have the best of both worlds there. I'd consider the strat myself but I will be selling(or attempting) again soon too!!

Re: Post arCollections...
Ouuuh HELL! I´ve never seen a 'the HERITAGE' LP with mini-hums before
!! Also a sunburst-SG!! Can you please post some more pics and infos about the guitars? The HERITAGE looks brandnew. How 'old' is this beauty? Custom-order? I´d appreciate some facts and a few more (detail-) pics. THANX-a-LOT in advance! Regards, Ralf |

The Heritage is a 2008. Wolfe Guitars in Jupiter, Florida was having some made for them and that's where I ordered it from. It reminded me of Scott Gorham from Thin Lizzy so I had to have it! The SG is from 1985. The thing that I really like about it (aside from the cherry sunburst) is the jack is located on the side of the guitar like a les paul. I used to have an '84 that had rectangular inlays and had to sell it so when I saw this come up on ebay, I couldn't hit the buy it now fast enough!! The 2008 Heritage H150 [IMG] [/IMG]The 1985 SG (Before I put the original bridge pickup back in) [IMG] [/IMG]My old '84 (I wish I still had this one too) [IMG] [/IMG]

THANX, ThinLizzy!
Superb guitars! The 'Heritage' LP Deluxe-look-a-like is KILLER! Very nice top! Talkin´´bout Scott Gorham; here´s my 1970 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe cherry sunburst. It´s in remarkable condition, plays and sounds very good. I really love the mini-humbuckers.

Re: Post arCollections...
I changed insurance as of 1/1/2010. I told Barix on 1/5/10. The insurance department called BCBS with my info. I had already completed the psych eval and it was in my file. The "ok" took about one day. All they did was check my benefits. The only issue may be the amount that your insurance has for the co-pay. The docx likes the co-pay paid to him or have some sort of arrangement worked out. I had my pre-op on 2/10/10 and my surgery on 2/17/10.
