Another Replica Les Paul

I can't let mapleflame have all the replica glory

Here's my '59 replica, complete with old growth mahogany, pre-ban braz board, hardrock maple top, hide glue throughout, condomless vintage-style truss rod & route, Dave Johnson's inlays, Wolfetone Legends (double whites) with DMC covers, Allparts Japan vintage cream pup surrounds, Fake 58 switch, bees, knobs, tip & jackplate, Angel Parts switchring, Historic guard and TR cover, Pigtail ABR-1, and a top bursting by Dave Johnson.

I can assure you that the sound is greater than the sum of it's parts

That's gorgeous!!!!!

The specs sound like mine, minus the Braz board. I can only hope it turns out that nice.

Are you able to name the luthier, does it have 'Gobson' on the headstock?

It's a ShamRay, but Dave Johnson did the top refin

The headstock was done with a 50's MOP Gibson inlay and with the correct style "Les Paul Model" silkscreening. No "Gobson" here

Yes Flick, that's a Historic guard.
The (proper) colour of the pup rings highlights clearly the pinkish tones to the current Gibson plastic.
