They are sweet. The Tokai looks like it has the sharpest cutaway, with the Gibby second.

Re: Show US your MIJ Les Pauls

The 1978 Tokai Les Paul Reborn has landed. I'll probably replaced the tuners with double ring RS Guitar Works aged replacements. That would be more authentic than these Grovers. The guitar is very, very good .... and I am understating it.

Re: Show US your MIJ Les Pauls

hey!
heres a couple shots of my guitar, not really sure the exact brand but from what peaple have said it looks to be 1970s japanese.

It was given to me by my bros gf they didnt know if it worked or not,i just threw some strings on it and bam! had a few wiring problems but i rewired it not too long ago and it seems to be running at back to its prime.

By the way everybodys guitars are looking great!
making me consider sanding and throwing a nice fresh coat of paint on mine as the paint on it has seen better days.

I have a mid 80s Burny Korina Custom plain top. Top is plain, unstained maple, back and sides and neck are some really beautiful korina (white limba).

I just added one more to the mix - its an '04 Epiphone Elite Standard, which pairs very well w/ my '04 Epiphone Elitist Custom:

Framus: Very, very NICE!

Here's my 1980 Greco EGF-850 Super Real. The flame is more moderate in most views. Ultra super yummy guitar.

I will take a few more when I get a second and post them. Thanks for the positive feedback... This is the first guitar that I have ever owned that I will not sell.
