NGD x 2! Both Agile 3100's! Honey Sunburst & Tiger Eye

This is the new revised thread with all the pics in the first post.

Agile 3100 Honey Sunburst (B Stock) and Tiger Eye 3100.

I am blown away by the quality for the price! Rondomusic also has great customer service, and they quickly answered any questions I had

Please forgive the crappy digital camera, I tried my best.

Honey Sunburst - (Small worn spot was what made it B stock. It is hardly even visible!!! )

I gotta ask cause I am thinking about getting 1. Do they have the plastic feel like the Epis do cause of the poly finish. Not bashing the Epi but the few i have played had a really thick plastic feel to them. I couldn't feel the guitar underneath.

I have to admit though...the one that really caught my eye was the birdseye maple top....smokin'.....(either way, those 3100's are about as good as it probably gets for the price.)

they dont give me that feeling, they feel more solid then my epi's. As a matter of fact my Epi's might get some shelf time now

Thanks man, its really a gem. And for the price, really it cant be touched. I decided to double blind test a few of my buddies this weekend...

those look awesome. At first i wasnt keen on the Agile looks (horn/headstock) but im over it now, and no that i think about it I had a Ibanez Artcore for my first guitar...similar headstock and i loved that guitar ..thinking about getting a 3100 HSB like that one...i might sell my strat to get it but im not sure yet

The drawback of Agile... is that I have a feeling that the more popular they become the price will be pushed up.

It actually has already gone up in price a bit since I looked last year.

I have a feeling once people start jumping on the bandwagon, and finding out that these are absolute gems, they are going to raise the prices. Edwards.. Tokai... anyone? There have been a few other lp copies that started cheap and ended up running $1000 years later for the same axe. It just happens.

They both look great! How do they play and sound? Which one strikes you better in person.. the Burst or teh Tiger Eye? I was leaning towards the Tiger Eye

Tiger eye for sure. I love the HSB, and they play very nice, smooth, and deep. They are a bit heavy, weighing in around 10 lbs each, but the sustain rivals guitars twice the price.

Stock pups do not need to be changed, and thw wiring was tidy and nice.

I like them both man, def recommend wither, but tiget eye catches the eye!

No doubt - one piece mahogany neck, 2 piece mahogany body, ebony fretboard, binding on neck, body, and head? At the prices they are selling them now it's a no-brainer.
