Yup, looks like a refinish...check out the iffy sanding/filling done on the bottom right hand picture.

v v nice.. quilted 93 model with the nibs, 57 classics, never seen another, i think it is solid, but no evidence, super super nice for a very rare ObG..

specs wise its very unusual

I like the look of the Wine Red Obg on YJ, too pricey at 80K but sure is a good looker with feb , case etc,

It's a 57B....that's about the going rate on those these days. Sure is sweet though isn't it? I wish these had a fatter neck.

I guess for a 57B in that condition and colour with case probably isn't that bad a deal. Bit hard to see if it's an ebony neck which I guess it should be for a 57B. Gotta admit I'm a sucker for those wine red 57's one day maybe.

Fatter neck !!!! Jeez how fat do you want them I've a black 57B and the neck's pretty similar to my Gibson 2001 standard that has the 50's style neck.

Cool, I have only had one Orville/ObG with a fatter neck, that's the Special. The rest have been 60's slimmer profiles.

My Greco's neck is 0.88" and feels just about right to me...
