Happy NGD!
Just got this in the mail today.
It's an Agile Dauntless I picked up from Rondo Music for a great price. The guitar and a nice hard shell case shipped to my door for just under $300.00. It was B-Stock due to a small chip in the finish just above the D string tuner on the head. It needed a tune but the action is set really nice, haven't checked the intonation yet though. ![]() Initial impression is it has better tone than my stock Kramer F-3000. |

Re: Happy NGD!
You did good. She's a beauty. A lot of wood showing through on it.

Re: Happy NGD!
Thanks guys, it looks even better in real life and plays really nice, good warm mellow tone.
I checked the intonation after the first post, it is spot on. I've read quite a few posts regarding less than optimal setups when receiving new units from Rondo, particularly the Al-2000 models, but this one was pretty good, especially for a B-Stock item. I raised the neck pickup a bit, tuned the strings and the fret board could use a little oil other than that its setup was really good right out of the box. I'll see if I can get some better pictures, this one was taken with my phone and it sucks. |
