My very, very cheap copy.

Now.......Don't all get too enthusiastic slating me with this one (I can get that type of response from other forums....ahem!)

Ages ago, I bought one of these Keiper LP Customs, all black, gold wares, 5x binding etc. at the ridiculous price of £50 ($100). Thought it would be a piece of crap, but at that price, I knew I'd be able to sell it on again.

Well, well, well....Turns out its a bit of a cracking little machine that's not claiming to be anything but a copy.

Now the reviews have been mixed, so I must have got a good one, but it was well worth the investment and, best thing, my 18 month old daughter has now got her first guitar ready....

Anyone else bought one of these, or used one?

I'll try to post some pics (if anyones interested).

I like the GTX-36 line of Lester copies. Imported by Kaman music in the early 90's. 1 pc mahogany back and neck. 2 piece center seamed maple (might be Alder) top.

I've got a Goldtop with Dimarzios and a Sunburst with Emg 81/85.

Nice, dark fretboards that I like better than the ones on the Historic Lester's I've owned (R7/R9).

Here's the link showing the Keiper Custom I bought (mines black- Gold hardware). Fantastic guitars at great prices (well mine was). I'll post some pics of mine when I remember.
