Replica in ''Bobbo Burst''

These are some shots of a replica owned by a friend of mine,I've Christened
the colour ''Bobbo Burst''.

These are a couple of shots with colour only before the topcoats were applied

Some fingerboard/inlay shots

These are early '50s ''no line'' Klusons

Great looking guitar. Nothing to fault on that. Perfect looking inlays and all round perfect - even a piece of liquorice in the control cavity for those moments when you get the munchies between solos. Your friend is a lucky fella. Don't know why, but I expected the number to be 9 1253! One thing though, I hope Bobbo never eats so much that we see him burst - wafer thin mint?

Sgt P, thats not liquorice in the cavity ,just a piece of black heat shrink to stop the lacquer from getting on the earth wire. The Fingerboard is made from chocolate though.

I think Sybil looks great anyway Bob. I always prefered ''Unburst'' guitars
but these days I'm likin' a bit more red left in the tops.
