Translucent Blue Axis
Hey there guys I have been looking at the Music Man Axis guitar and it looks really great. The particular colour I have been looking at for this guitar is translucent blue, some pictures of it on the net show it as a darkish blue while some show it as a really light blue. Do any of you guys own this colour axis or have seen it and could tell me whether it is a darkish blue or a light blue?
Thanks |

Re: Translucent Blue Axis
Like most guitars, its going to vary one from one guitar to another. Lighting has a lot to do with it as well, pictured taken in a low lit room and a flash will be dramatically different from those taken outdoors in natural sunlight.
With transparant finishes espeecially though, two different pieces of wood from the same species with the same paint job can look night and day different, if you want a certain shade...buy in person, via mail order its a crap shoot unless you see well done photos of the particular instrument. |
