Re: Buckethead sig vs Steve Vai sig

the scholarship is $11k per year

I was thinking the buckethead sig cause one, im a huge buckethead fan and i like bigger guitars. and i loooove Les Pauls. But i think the Vai sig because im into that sorta stuff with a whammy bar and crap, starting to learn satriani stuff. Theyre both versatile guitars tho. I know Vai has some crazy variety, but buckethead has alot of genres in his repertoire.

The only thing about the Buckethead Sig I wonder about is the scale length. I would think that with the 27" scale, you would either have to have crazy strong hands to play in standard tuning or you would have to keep it a Baritone.
