Gretsch guitars doesn't ship to Canada?
Originally I was going with the G5435 Pro Jet with blacktop filt'trons. Tried one at my friends house and fell in love with the tone. He got it in the US sometime earlier. It seems like non of the online dealers can ship this guitar (or as a matter of fact, most Gretsch guitars) to Canada. Sweetwater, zzounds, guitarcenter, musicians friend, music123, etc.
Now that non ships to Canada, I'm really considering towards the 2012 Gibson Les Paul Studio. Sweet finish, classic Les Paul sound, and pretty affordable. Only some $1300. I'm not sure what to get now. I have a Epiphone Casino and a EJ160E with tons of electronic upgrades and tunners etc. Sounds pretty awesome. I know I'm eventually going to get a Les Paul sometime, but the question is what to get now. I'm a student and have not much money to spend, and if I do I'd better spend it wisely

I really enjoy both of my LP studios, and I paid around $700 used for each of them.
Best $1400 I've ever spent.
