1967 Granada strat

my dad has a 67 granada strat as the title says, ive looked everywhere for info about it, it's beat to hell , i remember beating on it as a kid and im 32

from what ive found it was made at the matsumoku factory and was a music school instrument? ive found ONE pic of it on the whole internet, some guy trying to find it's value and noone had answers, the old man just had it set up ,necks too thin for me, but its pretty cool, anyone have info on it? i asked him if he'd consider trading it, he wants a midi guitar

to hook into his computer(35 year computer genius), he's discovered garage band...

im surprised noone has any info about this guitar? i pulled the granada label off when i was a kid
