Happy New Acoustic Guitar Day
So while out on my weekly mission to scour the earth for a solid body single cut mahogany and maple dual humbucker guitar, I stumbled across a lovely acoustic. Picked it up and played her a bit and found both the tone and the neck very inviting, so I played a bit more
This was last evening. Also found an explorer and a LP studio that both were nice. Nice. Close to thrilling. But still nice. Went back today to bring one of them home. On the ride there the Mrs pointed out that when I picked up the acoustic and started playing, it was one of the few times I actually looked quite happy and and seemed to be enjoying myself. Arriving at the store I found the studio sold, the replacement on the floor not near as nice as the one I had previously played. Well dammit I was coming home with something. So I proudly introduce you all to Marci ![]() ![]() ![]() Was not in the market for a new acoustic, but she plays great. Awesome tone, great projection, even sounds great plugged in. In a month or so when it's time to change the strings I will probably polish the frets up a wee bit more, but other then that, I can't put her down. And I stole her with some finagling and a coupon, less then three bills out the door ![]()
