Well, I'm a Craigslist stalker! I admit it. I guess it's not such a bad thing as every now and again, I come home with a SMOKIN" deal. I picked up a Fender Tele (Mahogany) for a ridiculously low price a few days ago and it turned out to be a diamond!! Yesterday, some dude listed 2 Jacksons and I was on it within a few minutes of being posted. Unfortunately, 4 people beat me to the punch. Anyways, I forgot about it until this morning when I get an email from the dude saying that 2 guys failed to show up and the other two didn't have the cash so he says "their yours if you want them".

I was like

Really???? So, I went over and picked them up this morning. Check em' out:

The Black one is a Jackson Performer PS-2. It has a few chips but the neck is butter and it plays like a dream!

Not sure what model the blue one is but the neck on it is amazing! It has some alignment issues so I might part this one out.

This guy's wife was all up his shorts to get rid of the ugly things so, he sold them to me for a pretty good price just to get rid of them.

Some times it pays to be a stalker!!!

Amazing deal on those.

Why in the world would 2 peopleshow up to buy them and NOT have the cash? That's just dumb.

Wow. Great deal. I have a PS4 that j have had forever and I love it. I found another one in CL recently but it was $80. Nothin like the deal you got. Good job.

The low E string might be slightly out of tune.

Looks like a Korean Performer due to the wide dot spacing at the 12th fret.
Love the necks on these, lots of those in my area pawn shops and when the price drops I pick them up.Great players indeed.

Were these bought in Schererville, by chance? If so, I saw that same ad, and thought about them for a minute. I used to have a Jackson soloist that was sounded pretty good, couldn't get into the look though.

I loved the neck on the blue one as well. Great feel to it.

These were not from Schererville. He may have listed them in other areas though.

No on the black one the dots are far apart=Korean
The other one the spacing is more like a reg Jackson USA or Japan.
Usually the Korean ones will start with a 99 in the serial number,Japan starts with a 9,India starts with a 10.The early Korean ones you can find some with the narrow spacing.
Kind of a crap shoot with out a serial number.
Both are Dinky models BTW

Mine had the dates on the neck and neck pocket... mine was made in 2005-2007.

Some will have a date stamp or model designation on the neck heel.
MIJ are the good ones.

The neck on the black one is nice but the neck on the blue one is exceptional. As for the Tele body, check this: NGD - Just finished a new Tele!
