Melody Maker With Mini Humbucker.

Whats up guys, New to the forum. Don't have a Les Paul yet , but saving to get one. I have my trustee Melody Maker reissue that I just installed a 1970's Les Paul PAF mini humbucker in over the weekend. This thing is a tone monster could not be happier. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on a wraparound bridge upgrade?

Re: Melody Maker With Mini Humbucker.

I've shared this once or twice, but here is my '63 with two '63 mini humbuckers. Check out my bridge. Its a Leo Quan Badass.

Love your guitar sangandongo. I wish I had a mini in the neck of mine know. I guess I will have to get the router back out.

Re: Melody Maker With Mini Humbucker.

The bridge is the best answer for replacing a wrap around bridge if you're trying to do that.

Sweet MM. Did you have to route for that mini hum?

Re: Melody Maker With Mini Humbucker.

There are other options out there, but Tonepros makes a wrap-around bridge / tailpiece with adjustable saddles. I have one on a Les Paul Special reissue. Works well.

Pigtail makes a great one, they are pretty expensive though.
