Where to buy Custom Art Historic cases?

Is it possible to buy a new Gibson Custom Art Historic Case from Gibson or someone else? Need one for an Explorer and maybe a V. Or do they only come with a guitar that was originally sold with them or used from someone who is "parting" out.
