Re: Es339 ???
i don't know, man.
why you'd want one is another question entirely - i saw that dwarf from the stereophonics playing one the other day on tv and he looked like a prat.

Re: Es339 ???
Not sure but I'm sure there are stores with a lot of them. Plus, there's always the used market.

Re: Es339 ???
Thanks.
I couldn't find that when I looked on their site. No love for these things Snaredrum ? I played one the other day (unplugged unfortunately), and I thought it felt really nice. The body didn't feel much bigger than a Les Paul, and the neck was really comfortable. I'm thinking there may be one in my future ! |

I like mine.
I wouldn't trade it for a solid gold monkey....

Re: Es339 ???
Been a month-honeymoon over, still my number 1. Joe B LP solid #2. In the past month I've tried 5 or 6 sets of pups, replaced the bridge posts with 2 inch screws, had it pleked and change the plastic to cream...and back to black. It actually looks almost stock again, though the pup covers are a little aged and if you look close, I left the heads on the screws of the bridge posts to really lock that mother down. Settled on the holmes 450/455 pups.
Now before folks say I had to change everything to get it to sound good-I do this junk with every guitar. Been through at least a dozen pup sets on the JoeB, it's currently cream plastic, totally rewired in 50s mode. Shep AB in the bridge, Wolfe DocVin in the neck. Changing crap is a big part of the hobby for me. It is a hobby-I have a day job and will never be a "pro", and I have as much fun modding stuff as playing it. 339 is a keeper. Sounds amazing. I'd say the LP is a little easier to play, but I prefer the tone of the 339 a little more.
