1980 Gibson Flying V
Hey!
Does anyone know if this ´80 model has the same neck specs as the ´81 models (40,2mm nut width) ? 1980 GIBSON FLYING V - eBay (item 150219978105 end time Mar-07-08 20:00:00 PST) I emailed the seller and he said it´s an excellent, slim neck, approx 1 1/2 inch. Is that a 40,2mm nut width ? Thanks

Re: 1980 Gibson Flying V
You should be able to do a bit of research and find out. Typically the seller's
on e-bay dont know squat about there guitars. Dont mean that in a bad way. But, I just about placed a bid on that, would like to have an 80's V. My only pull-back was it's a 2nd. Not that it really makes any difference - I guess? I think if you could pick it up for under a grand, it would be a fairly decent deal. |
